Ashford House is a development on the corner of Langney Road and Cavendish Place in Eastbourne town centre, within easy walking distance of the railway station and seafront.

The existing building was constructed in the 1960s and was home to Courts furniture store. The building has been Bonners Music Centre since 2005. Bonners Music has now expanded into their new premises in Hampden Park and the site at Langney Road has come to the end of its commercial lifespan. The site is being put forward for regeneration to provide much-needed town centre homes.

We are applying for outline planning permission to remove the existing retail unit and build 47 new homes, with a mix of 1-bed and 2-bed flats. 

Regenerating the site would have many benefits including:
